Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the Fylox Protocol application ("Fylox," "the App," or "the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Fylox Protocol ("Fylox," "we," "us," or "our"). If you are using Fylox on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and request account deletion.

Fylox Protocol is a payment infrastructure application built natively on Pi Network. The Service currently allows users to:

• Send Pi cryptocurrency to other Pi Network Pioneers
• Receive Pi cryptocurrency from other Pi Network Pioneers
• Make payments at merchants via QR code
• View transaction history and account activity

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To use Fylox Protocol, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• Have a valid, active Pi Network account with completed KYC verification
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of cryptocurrency applications is prohibited or restricted by applicable law
• Not be on any government sanctions list or prohibited persons list

By using Fylox, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you do not meet these requirements.

Fylox Protocol is built as a third-party application on top of Pi Network's infrastructure. This means:

Fylox Protocol is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Pi Network or Social Chain Inc. The Pi Network name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

The core functionality of Fylox depends on Pi Network's SDK, APIs, and blockchain infrastructure. Fylox Protocol has no control over:

• Pi Network's uptime, availability, or performance
• Changes to Pi Network's SDK, APIs, or policies
• Pi Network's decisions regarding third-party app approvals
• The value or liquidity of Pi cryptocurrency
• Blockchain transaction finality or confirmation times

Your use of Fylox also requires you to comply with Pi Network's own Terms of Service and community standards. Violations of Pi Network's terms that affect your Pi account are outside Fylox's control and responsibility.

You agree to use Fylox Protocol only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or use the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to transmit unsolicited communications or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service to conduct, promote, or facilitate any fraudulent activity
• Circumvent or manipulate any payment, fee, or transaction system within the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any of these provisions.

Fylox facilitates Pi cryptocurrency payments through Pi Network's official payment infrastructure. By initiating a transaction through Fylox, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All Pi transactions processed through Fylox are recorded on the Pi Network blockchain. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Fylox Protocol cannot reverse, cancel, or modify a transaction that has been confirmed on the blockchain.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all transaction details — including recipient address, amount, and memo — before confirming any payment. Fylox Protocol will not be liable for losses resulting from incorrect transaction information entered by the user.

Transactions may fail or remain incomplete due to network conditions, Pi Network infrastructure issues, or other factors outside Fylox's control. In such cases, Fylox will make reasonable efforts to resolve incomplete payments, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds.

Fylox Protocol does not currently charge fees for standard send and receive operations during the Testnet phase. Fee structures, if any, will be disclosed clearly before Mainnet launch and before any charges are applied.

The displayed USD equivalent values in the Fylox app are estimates based on market data and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. The value of Pi cryptocurrency may fluctuate significantly.

The Fylox Protocol application, including its design, code, content, branding, and all associated materials, is owned by Fylox Protocol and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Fylox application or its content without our prior written consent. This includes the Fylox name, logo, and brand identity.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through Fylox, such as payment memos. By submitting content, you grant Fylox a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide the Service.

Portions of Fylox Protocol's codebase are available on GitHub. Use of any open-source components is governed by their respective licenses.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Fylox, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

Specifically, Fylox Protocol does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time
• Any errors or defects in the Service will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• Any transaction will be completed successfully or within a particular timeframe

Nothing in the Fylox application or these Terms constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including the risk of total loss.

During the Testnet phase, all displayed values, balances, and transaction data are simulated and have no real monetary value. Do not make financial decisions based on data displayed during Testnet operations.

In no event shall Fylox Protocol's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount of fees you paid to Fylox Protocol in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, Fylox Protocol's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fylox Protocol and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including Pi Network's terms of service
• Any content or information you submit through the Service

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms at any time.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at privacy@fyloxprotocol.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We determine your use poses a risk to the Service or other users
• Your Pi Network account is suspended or terminated
• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@fyloxprotocol.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Fylox Protocol.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document
• Post the updated Terms at fyloxprotocol.com/terms.html
• For material changes, provide prominent in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Service before the changes take effect.

We will not make changes that retroactively reduce your rights without giving you the opportunity to terminate your account first.
